All-Ivy Potluck Tailgate at Newport Polo

Other than the date and match start time, all information currently is tentative and based on last year's event.

Once again, the Brown Club of Rhode Island invites all Ivy alums, parents and guests to enjoy an afternoon at the Newport International Polo Grounds with a potluck picnic and a classic 6-chukker polo match that is part of the Newport International Polo Series. See Newport Polo’s official event information.

Please bring your own lawn chairs, blankets and a potluck item to share with the group. We will have water on hand but you may bring your own beverages, including alcohol.

The main gate at Newport Polo opens at 1:00 pm for those who wish to tour the grounds early. Parking is free and available directly across from the tailgate area. Please leave the parking spots at the tailgate area for club leaders setting up and for those with mobility issues or other accessibility needs.

Lisa will email you tickets after the registration is processed through Brown Alumni Association. You do not need to register children 15 and under as they are free and do not require tickets.
